A Refreshing Side Fave (That You Probably Haven’t Tried!) — Frozen Cranberry & Pineapple Salad

This frozen cranberry and pineapple salad is the perfect side to serve alongside a heavy meal. It’s also a fun dish to serve at a ladies’ lunch. I love that only four ingredients are required and that it’s really easy to make. Another plus is this is a different way to use canned whole cranberry sauce if you have it on reserve after Thanksgiving.

  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

Hi Robin, Thank you for following along with us and I really appreciate you taking the time to leave a note. As of now, I don’t have a budgeting post planned on my calendar, but I do work to make cost conscious decisions in all (or most) of what I do.
