BIG mirrors can be quite an investment. When they’re large-scale, oversized floor mirrors especially, they’re less like an accessory and more like a piece of furniture. Remember my post on 10 ways to decorate large walls, earlier this week, HERE? Well, oversized floor mirrors definitely fall into that category 😉 Not only can oversized mirrors be a stunning statement, but they’re practical and can work some serious magic when opening a room up. From thin, barely-there frames (I’m really loving this clean look, lately!) to chunkier substantial sides, to more vintage inspired details, today, I’m sharing 19 favorites — many of which are on sale for Memorial Day weekend!

Where Do I Put an Oversized Floor Mirror?
I try to add them, not just to our master bedroom, but to secondary guest bedrooms, too, when space (or wall space) allows. Not always possible but I love being able to have one available to in-home guests, as it’s a little extra feature I really appreciate when I’m staying somewhere. But, full length mirrors aren’t just for bedrooms. They can make that same impact in a living room or dining room, too. I even have one in my office! Just as I mentioned in my last post on wall decor, 100%, I would go for as big as the area allows. Too short compared to your walls and ceiling, it could look miniature with awkward space above; too narrow and it could look like an inexpensive accessory you pulled out of the closet to check your outfit. Definitely check measurements before investing.

Most mirrors come in several frame finishes (ex: if I showed it in brass, in may also come in nickel or bronze, too), and some even come in different sizes.
