Just in time for NYE, I’m sharing a mimosa “barcuterie” board (get it?) that’s perfect for the holiday, but is also a different take on a mimosa bar that will stun at any luncheon, hosting event, breakfast/brunch, shower… basically any time champs and juice is appropriate! Marrying this generation’s two favorite hosting components — grazing boards and mimosa bars — was an obvious winner but not one I’ve seen. And dare I say — it’s actually easier to pull together than a traditional bar because you aren’t having to worry about all the bowls and placement of things! I have another “barcuterie” board up my sleeve and coming soon but in the meantime, I hope this mimosa board gives some inspo on your next festive celebration! A “mimosa board”, a “mimosa charcuterie board” or “mimosa flight board” — whatever you call it, it is so so fun.

Use as many or as few juices as you like but don’t overlook getting additional back-ups to replenish as the favorites disappear.

The majority of the mimosa barcuterie board consists of beverage add-ins and garnishes but I did add a few chocolate treats to nibble. I just didn’t go overboard so as not to confuse/dilute the intent of the board. Cutting fruit shapes is also a fun way to add some prettiness and personality.

You can cut slits in some whole fruit that can garnish the rim but cut the majority of the fruit up really small — no one wants to manage or include large chunks in their drinks!
Giving an option for a sugared rim is a great way to elevate those drinks even more. I have a regular sugar and a silver sugar sprinkle.
Make sure to include a berry/citrus fruit that can be swiped along the rim before dipping the top of the glass into the sugar. TIP: You can use sugar sprinkles as rimming sugars! It’s a great way to add some unique color.
My favorite new discovery are THESE glittering drink packets. They are seriously so cool and absolutely STUNNING in person! Each packet is good for two drinks. You can find them in several color options HERE.
You can keep an ice bucket with the champagne beside the board — if you only have a small board, you can do the same for the juice caraffes.

Other Fancy Garnishes To Add To a Mimosa Charcuterie Board
If you want to go a little fancier with your mimosa garnishes, it’s easy to do. While the presentation is impressive with small bowls and areas filled with berries and fruits, here are a few ideas for some other garnishes.
- Prepare sugared grapes or cranberries.
- Cut out small shapes (like stars, hearts or flowers) from larger fruit pieces with a shape cutter like THIS.
- Thread cranberries onto a small rosemary branch.
- Add various berries and mint to individual picks.
- Halve kumquats and alternate with blueberries on picks
- Separate champagne grapes into small bunches.
- Add cocktail sugar to the glass rim.
- Provide edible glitter packets to add some sparkle.

What Juices/Other Beverages Pair Well Champagne?
The possibilities are endless, from a single fruit juice to a fruit juice blend to a sparkling beverage. My favorites include:
- Orange
- Grapefruit
- Cranberry (or any of the cranberry blends…one of my favorites is the white peach/cranberry blend)
- Pineapple
- Pomegranate
- Cherry
- Strawberry
- White grape
- Sparkling cider
- Pink lemonade
- Strawberry lemonade
If you are offering a variety of juices, I like to place a small label or tag that identifies the juice type. I also prefer to diversify the color so if you’re stumped on flavors, go primarily by color!
