Nice alliteration, right? I hadn’t planned for this quick, mid-week post but when I saw Bloomingdales was having a 25% off sale across their site (see full sale HERE), I headed straight for the straw totes to see if my favs were included. Spoiler alert- THEY ARE. By the time summer gets here, even the few that may still be in stock likely won’t be applicable to any sales. So, since I’m always on the hunt for a warm weather straw tote (my straw post last year was a little tardy!), I wanted to jump on here and share some of the shining stars that can be snatched up right now at a discount 😉

Since we are looking ahead, I suppose I’ll go ahead and share some outfits I’m loving for spring, too 😉 I am all about layering casual staples and while I don’t define my closet as a “capsule wardrobe”, essentially, that’s what it is. I mix and match and layer a ton. And when I find something I like, I have to have it in every color haha.
This first spring outfit can be dressed up or down, layered up or down, and worn from the most casual errands to dinner.
Kate Spade Sunglasses (HUGE discount!) | Love Stitch Gauze Maxi Dress (tons of colors and under $30!) | Favorite Vince Camuto Sandals (I have multiple colors) | Denim Jacket | Bracelet Bangles | Tassel Earrings | Choker Necklace
I ALMOST got a shot of this outfit while I was in Austin. Key word- almost. I was hugged up on one of my favs, Sarah of Life on Virginia Street, so you can’t see much detail, but take my word for it- this blazer is adorable in person and almost too comfortable. You can pair it with jeans, black pants, etc. to make it as casual or dressy as you want. It has already moved to the front of my wardrobe.
You can literally wear it any season of the year, with its cropped bell sleeves, but for spring, I love it with a chunky sandal – especially these new ones I treated myself to 😉
Things are finally starting to green up just a tad outside so I am all over spring in every way, from wardrobe to prepping that green thumb. Subscribe to my emails at the bottom of the post and don’t miss any of the warm weather posts coming your way 😉
