Shockingly and disappointingly, Kindles aren’t on major sale. It looks like instead of the Paperwhite, they are putting their focus and main discount on the Kindle Scribe.

Kelly, how happy are you and Dave with the ice maker? Pros /cons? I’m nervous about the purchase. The reviews about customer service worry me, but I am having issues with the ice maker in my Kitchen Aid fridge. Just want reliable. Any thoughts?
Hi, Julie! We haven’t had any issues so no need to contact customer support, so I can’t speak to that, but we’ve been happy with it. It does take up a bit of space and we don’t have room for it in our kitchen comfortably, so it resides in Dave’s bar area in the basement. It has worked well for us but we don’t use it as our primary ice for a daily water, it’s more of an “evening” and “weekend” ice for us, if that makes sense. In addition to the size, it is another appliance that needs occasional cleaning. We love the nugget ice and since we have space for it (I wish we had space for it on our main level), we’ve been happy with it and don’t mind the occasional cleaning maintenance. Just a personal preference — I hope that helps!
