My 2026 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale order all arrived this week and after a full try on session (and a few come to Jesus talks with myself and strolls through my current closet), I’m sharing what I’m keeping and what I’ll be sending back. I’ve included sizing notes, also. A lot of items are out of stock but for a few things I was really hoping for, I’ve had luck keeping a tab open and occasionally refreshing for small/individual restocks. Let’s get to it!

Moonlight Eco Knit Pajamas
I knew these would be keepers before I even tried them on, it was just a matter of choosing which color/pattern. I have multiple brands of this pajama style and in order of how I’d rank them in terms of quality, from worst to best, I’d say Target, then Old Navy, then Nordstrom, the Kyte Baby. But, Kyte Baby is more than double the price of the Nordstrom pjs during the sale and so I def. give the best value meets quality to these.
For sizing reference, I am 5’3″.

I love the length and width of these swingy pants and the crop of the tee. Also comes in black and a gorgeous teal color and they’re SO soft!

Zella Soft Luxe Utility Jacket
My fave surprise from the sale, this utility “jacket” (I prefer to wear as more of a zip up top) feels incredible and I LOVE the cinch detail. It was sold out in all colors but I refreshed a little while today until a cream was restocked in my size and grabbed it as a second color, too.

I liked both of these pieces — the top is quality and the pants are light and breezy. But, I couldn’t justify keeping either as a need compared to what I already have in my wardrobe.

THIS top is soft, cropped, swingy, and has an interesting back pleat and goes down just a little further in the back, which I love. It also has a pass through front pocket that isn’t super noticeable but is super cozy and convenient. Considering a second color in this one!
I love the pants but again, can’t justify keeping them since I’ve gotten so many great wide leg and trouser pants in recent budget Amazon sets.
Top Sizing: Meant to be an oversized fit and I prefer the fit of my regular size; wearing a Small.
Pants Sizing: Runs a little large and long; wearing a Small but would have preferred to have sized down.

Feels great, I just don’t love how it looks. Totally a personal preference. And it’s similar to the above Zella utility jacket, which I much more prefer. But, if you prefer a more tunic length top with versatility, you may love this fit.

I LOVE THIS OUTFIT! This cardigan is such a classic and I love the buttoned up look — I’m surprised the olive was the only color they had but it is so pretty for fall. These were also the only jeans I was able to grab in a Petite length and I love how they feel. They’re high waisted, have stretch, and the quality is incredible.

I thought this Free People sweater was going to be a given… I was wrong. It’s fine but I don’t love the fabric, I don’t care for the fit, and I don’t like the length.
I love the jeans but they don’t come in a petite and they’re too long. I could have them hemmed but I am sending them back since I’m keeping the petite length Paige Leenah High Waist jeans.
Top Sizing: Runs big — size down one; wearing an XS and still fits oversized.
Pants Sizing: TTS; wearing a 26. Need a petite length and regular length is way too long.

I really really really like this top and the quality is awesome. Justifiably, this was one of the first pieces to sell out in the sale (if you have it on your list, continue to refresh for one by one restocks!) It feels amazing and I love the cut. But, again, I have so much athleisure that I can’t justify this for myself at this time. Had the olive green not been sold out when I ordered, I may have justified it.

Lightweight Water Resistant Rain Jacket
The hood detail is so sweet. I don’t have anything like this so it was an easy decision to keep. I’m wearing a small but it’s very roomy (plenty of space for layers).

I ordered a few sports bras from the Anniversary Sale, also — neither of which I was blown away by so I’m not keeping them. The general highlights for me this year was the house brand Zella athleisure (which REALLY delivered this year!), pajamas, and the jeans. Did you order? Have a favorite? Still hoping for something to restock? The sale runs through 8/10 so if there’s something you’re eyeing that hasn’t been available, continue to check back. Or, even keep a tab open in your browser and periodically and frequently refresh. Again, some of my decisions to return things I DID really like were made because I determined they may not be a need for my wardrobe (based on what I already have/cost) and also, some of the recent Amazon pieces have been a thrilling surprise.
