I’ve been eyeing that hose for awhile and finally pulled the trigger while its on sale. It’s an upgrade from the flexible, lightweight hose we currently have. Last year, I gifted one to both granddaughters after reading your enthusiastic review. I couldn’t wait to see their excitement. Well, neither of my sons who use different internet providers could get it to interface with their home Wi-Fi so they both returned it. I was so disappointed. Is there anything special about setting them up?
Oh no, Debra! I’m so sorry to hear that! No, it was a simple set-up — Dave followed instructions for initial setup online and after that, every time I get Eliza a new one, she just has to place the new Tonie on top and it loads. I haven’t heard of that but if you try it again and have issues, definitely contact support for troubleshooting. They’re a small business and I think their customer service is supposed to be good!
