I am fully embracing color right now — it’s been creeping in more and more in my home, it was like a switch flipped in my wardrobe, and my accessories are starting to remind me of the statement pieces of the early aughts. I realized I was collecting quite a few screenshots of random things that caught my eye over the past few days and weeks and they all have something in common. They’re drenched in color and the versions that I’m the most attracted to aren’t the neutral toned down version, but the punchy, vibrant, personality-explosion tones. Today, I’m sharing 12 current color crushes — things that made such an immediate impression on me that I saved bought, or made plans for them in the near future.

NUMBER 1
Fish Scale Earrings
I don’t know if this is a mom thing or a cyclical trend shift, but more and more, I am loving kitsch-y earrings. And, BaubleBar does it best. This past year, I’ve added holiday icons to my collection and vacation baubles. I adore THESE fish scale earrings for summer, but don’t miss THESE crabs. THE PINCHERS! Are you kidding me?? I can’t decide which I love more!

Rifle Paper Co. Rug
I have been reviving my blue and white and layering it in with some of my organic pieces and will continue down that path as we head into spring. When I saw this Rifle Paper rug, I decided the tones were perfect for the kitchen and grabbed the 10′ runner version! It arrives today! (I also really love the multi-colored option on the dark background.)

Icon Juice Glass
The Anthro icon glasses are adorable and all the rage and with every collection, I can’t decide my favorite. But, I’m thinking the orange-y/sea green stars can’t be a Showgirl coincidence, right?! I LOVE THESE SO MUCH! I’m trying to determine if I should grab a full set of these or grab a single, along with a few other icon glasses to make a mixed set. Jane Beaded Necklace
What was I saying about being attracted to statement jewels of the early 2000s all over again? There’s a few color combos in these large bead necklaces and they’re all stunning! I can’t decide if I love the cool toned or pink mix best…

Beaded Bag
Seriously? My goodness! 😍 I honestly would have expected this beaded bag to cost more than it does — I’ve been a fan of these for a while and there’s some adorable pup options right now, but the colorful fish with the blue and white stripe stole my heart. I typically stick to something woven/straw for summer, and love the idea of branching out with this beaded beauty!

Oceana Mini Dress
I am such a fan of Tuckernuck dresses — especially for spring and summer and this silhouette… the linen fabric with the shell detail… Adorable. The end.

Hoka Bondi 9
I’ve been returning to these running shoes for a few months now. This color-way was sold out for a while, was finally restocked, and is currently 20% off. Even when I’m wearing a black athleisure outfit, I LOVE using my sneakers/running shoes as an opportunity to give a pop of color. I love my Hokas but haven’t tried this specific style (Bondi) yet.
NUMBER 9
12×24 Lumbar Pillow
Tonic Living (aka my fave pillow shop) is killing the textile game right now and they have a BUNCH of patterns and colors on my wishlist. But, this blue and white on natural background large lumbar is at the top of my list for my bed. I love how they styled it in front of THIS pillow, so I’ve added that one to my list, too. Seriously, go look how beautiful and serene.

Eloise Scallop Milk Glass Table Lamp
FABULOUS! I adore both the purple and green (there are several colors!) and am coveting the purple milk glass with brass base for my desk. It would be adorable anywhere — an accent table, entry table, kitchen counter, stationery desk, sideboard… I can’t get over it. The sconces and ceiling versions are also beautiful.

Gardon Sermon Art
This interpretation of Jesus was so beautiful and striking to me, especially in contrast to what was going on in the garden in the final hours. THIS horizontal art was the first print I saw but I actually ordered a similar vertical format HERE. There’s lots of sizes available. And, while it doesn’t go along with today’s theme, I actually also ordered THIS neutral print of The Last Supper. THIS one in the moonlight is stunning and probably more closely resembles what you may think of when you think of Jesus in the garden. This artist’s entire shop is just stunning.

Silk Neck Scarf

I’m totally embracing whatever era has me wearing neck scarves and brooches, and I’ve had some really good luck securing some inexpensive silk scarves on Amazon! This one is my latest love but they have lots of patterns and color mixes!

One of the sweetest rugs I’ve ever seen, the price of it (in all sizes and dimensions) is unreal. Would be beautiful in a bathroom too in the runner size or along a tub!
Friends, if you’ve been drawn to the calm and longevity of neutrals, are you feeling a pull for more color lately, too? Sticking to your guns? Or, is color something you’ve embraced through every season in all years? It’s interesting how I feel I’m starting to evolve into some of the styles my mom, aunt, and grandmother always welcomed. And, I’m kind of loving it.
