Turkey and Dressing Casserole

This Turkey and Dressing Casserole is a perfect dish to make with your Thanksgiving leftovers or any time you have leftover turkey. It's easy to make and only calls for a few ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 3 stalks Celery
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Cooked Turkey
  • 3 Cups Dressing or Stuffing
  • 1 Cup Turkey Gravy
  • 1 tsp Onion Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Sage

Instructions

  1. Chop onion and celery.

  2. Add olive oil to saute pan. Turn stove heat to medium low.

  3. Add onion and celery to saute pan and cook until they are translucent.

  4. Sprinkle the onion salt over the onion and celery and stir.

  5. Add the turkey gravy to the sauce pan and stir to incorporate.

  6. Add the ground sage and stir.

  7. Add the turkey to the gravy mixture and heat on low until mixture is bubbling.

  8. Remove the saute pan from the stove.

  9. Spread a thin layer of the turkey/gravy mixture to the bottom of the casserole dish.

  10. Add one half of the dressing/stuffing on top of the gravy.

  11. Pour/spread the remainder of the turkey/gravy mixture on top of the dressing/stuffing.

  12. Add the remainder of the dressing/stuffing on top of the turkey/gravy mixture.

  13. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Recipe Notes

Chicken may be used as a substitute for turkey.
